We provide one to one support to individuals and develop personalised well-being support plans. We motivate individuals to connect with new people and new activities to reduce social isolation and stress.
We support and motivate the individual to set achievable goals which they can work towards. Build confidence so they are better able to manage their mental health and develop coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety and resilience. This is a confidential and free service.
We also co-work in partnership with other agencies.
