Sahil is a South Asian Mental health and Wellbeing support center providing services across Coventry and Warwickshire. For the over 30+ years we have provided highly Appreciated and Accessible Culturally Appropriate Services to all Communities delivered at the Project and Satellite venues.

I joined Sahil in 2015 and consider it a great honour to be a volunteer with the project. Sahil has helped me make great progress in my self-confidence and trust. I have grown as a person.
